Stefano has spent the past 20 years in senior positions in financial services across 3 jurisdictions. These have included private & international banking, trust & fiduciary services, treasury management, investment management and corporate finance advisory. Stefano has had cross-sector exposure across Africa mostly in financial services, agriculture, healthcare, energy, supply chain and distribution.

Martin has worked in financial services all his professional life and specialises in wealth management. For more than 20 years, he held executive positions at UBS in Emerging Markets where he most recently headed its African business with teams in Zurich, London, Lagos and Dubai.

Richard graduated from the University of Port Elizabeth in 2006 with an Honours degree in Accounting. In 2009 he completed his Masters's degree in Taxation and in 2010 qualified as a Chartered Accountant. He commenced his articles in 2007 with the firm Price Water House Coopers.

Tawanda has assumed roles spanning audit, transaction services, investment management, private equity, and corporate finance advisory. And has cross-sector exposure across Sub-Saharan Africa, including; financial services and fintech, other tech-enabled business models, renewable energy, manufacturing, consumer products, property, agriculture, and mining.

Johnathan’s experience spans corporate finance consulting, working in commerce & industry as well as academia, with a focus on corporate finance and specialising in valuations. He has a passion for acquiring new knowledge, educating and problem-solving through the application of critical thinking.

Jean is a qualified attorney with 13 years of experience in commercial law. Jean served her articles at Pagdens Attorneys and occupied the position of commercial director at the firm for several years. Jean has recently opened her own commercial law firm, which oversees the legal requirements of several corporate clients.
